  • Where is your company located?

  • What material is your wristbands made of?

    The wristbands we produce is made of 100% pure silicone.

  • How can I get a quotation?

    There are several ways on how you can get a price quote. You can go to the website and click on order now page and follow the steps to get a quote instantly. You can also send us an email at sales@getwristband.com or talk to our sales specialist by calling our hotline number (800) 693-2390 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

  • Is there a minimum number of order?

    Yes, the minimum number of quantity per order is at least 20 pieces.

  • What's the difference between the front, back and inside message?

    Front and back message will be both on the outside of the bands, occupying each half of the wristband. The inside message is place on the part where it touches your skin.

    For Inside Message, a default message consisting of our website and contact details will be embossed inside the bands unless the customer request to have it removed or replaced with their customized message.

  • What's your turnaround time?

    Standard timeframe is 7 days production and 7 days shipping. Rush production and rush shipping options are available. We can ship as fast as 2 business days. We assured that your order will be delivered on time guaranteed.

  • What is a molding fee?

    Molding fee only apply if you order more than 1 bracelet size. If the order will be all just 1 size, then the molding fee will not apply.

  • How will I make changes to the order I placed?

    We can accommodate modifications on the order provided that production haven't started yet. Please call our sales team at 800-693-2390 to make such changes.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept payments through 4 major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Paying via PayPal is also accepted.
    If you want to pay using check, just ask for the mailing address where you can mail the check.
    Purchase Orders from schools is accepted upon approval. Kindly call our toll-free number for arrangement.

  • Will I be charge for sales tax?

    We do not charge tax. We only charge the cost of the bands and shipping fee. Nothing else.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    We don't have any hidden fees. The total amount that you paid covers all the charges. We ensure that the amount that will be charge to your billing statement is exactly the same as the total cost we stated. No additional charges.

    Yes, the free 200 wristbands will be exactly the same as the original order. It's up to your discretion if you want to divide it evenly or the other way.
